DESIGN & DESIGN BUILD

J.F. Duncan has assembled one of the most experienced and talented groups of design and construction professionals in our industry. Our team’s collective experience includes projects from every market segment including large public assembly buildings, gaming, resort hospitality, fine dining, corporate dining facilities, healthcare and correctional facilities. We offer full BIM and Revit design model development. By integrating design and construction expertise, as well as operational experience, J.F. Duncan can provide peer coordination and collaboration that is unique to our design and build teams.

CONTRACTING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION

As a continuation of our design/build services or as a bidding subcontractor, we utilize similar procedures and practices in our contract projects. Our senior level team have worked on a breadth of project types throughout the country and can be a valuable asset to construction managers, ownership groups and general contractors in managing what is typically a very complex area within their building. Kitchens are a space where all the trades come together in their respective work. It is important to have strong representation from your commercial foodservice contractor to help guide and coordinate the efforts of all trades.

FABRICATION & MANUFACTURING

Our Los Angeles headquarters features a 75,000 square foot custom fabrication stainless steel manufacturing plant. We can build virtually any piece of equipment that resides in a commercial foodservice environment. We have fabricated custom fixtures from a five-tier chocolate fountain for the Bellagio Casino in Las Vegas to the highly customized and stylized stainless steel counters for the French Laundry Restaurant in Yountville, California. We can also fabricate fully custom millwork and solid surface counter fixtures within our foodservice areas.
